What each re-check includes
Your first re-check is free once you have made your fixes. After that you can either run the review again yourself, or have a person review your updated site.
Your Snapshot includes one free re-check after you make your fixes. Extra re-checks are $19 each. If you would rather have a person review your website in depth, the SEO Upscale Professional Analysis includes the Snapshot as part of the process, so it can be purchased on its own.

Refund Policy
SEO Upscale services are digital SEO review and consulting services. Because access begins shortly after purchase, refund eligibility is limited.
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if an SEO Upscale platform error, application error, checkout issue, or system-related technical problem prevents you from accessing or completing your purchased service.
Before issuing a refund, SEO Upscale will first make reasonable efforts to correct the issue, restore access, or provide an alternate way to complete the service. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued.
Refunds are not provided for user input errors, incorrect website URLs, incorrect email addresses, failure to complete the questionnaire, change of mind, customer internet/connection problems, third-party website access issues, or issues outside the SEO Upscale platform.
To request a refund, reply to your order email or contact sales@seoupscale.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Refund timing may depend on Stripe, the customer’s bank, or the customer’s card provider.
If a refund is issued, access to unused Snapshot scans, re-checks, questionnaires, report links, or Professional Analysis work may be revoked.
All purchases are securely processed through Stripe. SEO Upscale does not store full payment card details.
