SEO Upscale is a digital SEO review and consulting product operated by Telework Design LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), which operates the website www.seoupscale.com and provides SEO, analytics, and online visibility snapshots and reviews for business owners.

Telework Design LLC is the data controller for the personal information described in this notice. You can reach us at any time at sales@seoupscale.com or through our contact page.

Business and contact details: business name, contact name, email address, phone number, and mailing or service area details you choose to share.

Website and profile information: your website URL, Google Business Profile link, social media links, competitor names, and growth goals.

Questionnaire responses: your answers to the SEO Upscale Snapshot questions and any notes you add.

Order and billing information: the products you purchase, order totals, promo codes used, and the country and tax details required to complete your order. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. SEO Upscale does not store full payment card details.

Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and similar log data collected automatically when you use the site.

Support communications: messages you send us by email or through the contact form.

To generate your SEO Upscale Snapshot, score, action plan, and any purchased manual review.

To process payments, deliver reports, and send order confirmations and service emails.

To respond to questions, provide support, and follow up about your review.

To maintain, secure, and improve the site and our services.

To meet legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations.

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to deliver the service you bought), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the service and prevent fraud), consent (for optional marketing messages, which you can withdraw at any time), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).

Stripe, Inc. — our payment processor. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. SEO Upscale does not store full payment card details. Stripe handles checkout, payment details, tax calculation, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf, and acts as an independent controller of the order data it collects. See stripe.com/privacy.

Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage hosting for submissions and saved reports.

Email delivery provider — used to send order confirmations, report links, and service emails.

AI providers — where you use the optional AI Help feature, the relevant question and fix-guide context is sent to the AI provider to generate guidance. Do not include sensitive personal information in those requests.

Professional advisers and authorities — where required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share your contact details with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Snapshot submissions, reports, and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to support follow-up rescans and re-reviews, and then for up to 7 years where tax or accounting rules require it. You can ask us to delete your data earlier where no legal obligation applies.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email sales@seoupscale.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

For payment and billing data held by Stripe as our payment processor, you can also contact Stripe directly using the details in their privacy notice.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls that limit who can view submissions, and audit logging of administrative access to reports.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function, to keep you signed in, and to remember your progress through the questionnaire. Any analytics we use is limited to understanding how the site is used so we can improve it.

Our services are intended for business owners and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this notice from time to time. The version shown on this page is always the current one, and the date below reflects the most recent update.
